Therapeutic Keto Practitioner

Linda McClure

Questioning standard nutrition advice is a big thing.
You need to know the person guiding you has done the work, understands the science, and knows that real people do not live in neat little textbook boxes.
This is the study, work and life experience behind what I do.
My Experience

My path wasn't a straight line.

I haven’t spent my career hiding in a clinic. I spent 36 years in the hair & beauty industry learning how to read and listen to people and hear what they weren't saying. I navigated the complex world of childhood trauma and ACEs as an adoptive mum. I spent seven years teaching at a college.

And then, my own body completely broke down.

I had to take everything I had learned about the human body, while unlearning much of what I thought I knew about FOOD, to save my own life.

Today, I don't just practice therapeutic nutrition, I teach it to the next generation of practitioners. I know the science, but more importantly, I know how real life gets in the way of it.

I will be learning until I take my last breath.

Having the degrees and the clinical diplomas is important, but the truth is, the science of human health doesn't stand still, and neither do I.
A good practitioner never stops being a student.
Alongside my core clinical work, I undertake new advanced training every single year.
Whether I am completing specialist CPD in Diabetes Reversal and Carnivore with the Nutrition Network, or integrating nervous system regulation through advanced coaching and NLP, I am in research every single week.
I don't just rely on what I was taught in the past. I keep digging, keep questioning, and keep learning, because the science moves constantly, and I intend to keep moving with it.
